The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates and Post Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. Dr. M. Pavithra Jyothi is the placement officer of Shadan Women’s college of Engineering & Technology. She is young, dynamic and active in placement activities. The placement cell assists the students in preparing a professional Resume, giving training for Group Discussion and conducting mock interviews to develop the confidence in students. The vision of the department is to bridge between the corporate and the students of this college. This department has a tie up with many multinational companies. Awareness is also being created among the students to become a successful entrepreneur.

Dr. S. Satheesh Kumar is the placement officer of Shadan Women’s College of Engineering & Technology. He is young and dynamic placement activities. The placement and training is one of the active, Vibrant and popular Department. The Department carries out various Placement, Training and Student Welfare activities throughout the year.

Ms. Mandumula Hima Bindu is the placement officer of Shadan Women’s College of Engineering & Technology. Her goal of training and is to provide students with a platform for using their potential to gain valuable experience by working in industry. She also acts as the interface between various companies seeking talented young graduates and PG's in various disciplines.
